EI Consulting is an organisation which works with people who are autistic or have learning disabilities. Our services are available to anyone but we are particularly skilled and keen to work with people with complex needs. Our crisis support skills mean we are able to work with people who are challenging or may be putting their lifestyle at risk because of this. Our aim is to improve the quality of support available to people and the experience people have of being supported. We see the role of emotional intelligence as crucial in this aim.
